I received the Crystal Clear II CD and it is wonderful. I have been using it as a back drop to attuning people to Celtic Reiki and it has been brilliant, it's really enhanced the intensity as it helped me to stay calm and focused.

I have struggled with insomnia and migraines most of my life. Anxiety is a huge problem in both instances. Many nights I would try to go to sleep only to end up tossing and turning unable to turn off the thoughts about my day, or haunted by my ever-growing to do list, or fearing getting a migraine because I would be tired the next day. And when I would feel a migraine coming on, the panic it evoked in me was almost unbearable. When i found Steve Skudler's music, it was like finding a miracle "drug". It's so relaxing I can't help but be consumed by the calming music. I physically feel every muscle in my body relax and for the first time for as long as I can remember, my mind is quiet. It's almost like the music has taught my body and mind to relax. Now when I turn it on, I barely make it through the first few minutes. As soon as I hear those first few notes, I'm off to the land of peaceful dreams. and when I turn it on at the first sign of a migraine, it relaxes me enough to let the migraine medicine do its job and my headaches don't have a chance to escalate. Steve's music is better than any sleeping/anti-anxiety drug I've tried.
